~WHITE WEDNESDAY~ Outdoor Wednesday~

Well Friends it's time to bring you, some garden whites for today's ~Vintage Thingies Thursday~ And for ~Show And Tell Friday~ I always have a great time seeing every ones collections for each of these blog party. Today we have a set of cast iron German garden furniture. The set is from about 1845-1860. They were cast in Europe and brought over by someone who couldn't leave them behind. The chair that our girls are sitting under was the first one I bought, in Palm Springs, 12 years ago. I just loved the rams head on the armrest and all four feet are hoofed. The back slat has two dolphins facing each other. The bench and the other chair have the same pattern.
The other chair and bench we were lucky enough to pick up at an auction in Redlands Ca. two years ago. Not that many were with this pattern. And as far as we know they also were cast in Germany. Thank You all for stopping by for a visit. Have a good day...Julian
